Privacy policy

To deliver an order we need your name, mobile number and delivery address. Email is optional. If you create an account, your sign-in details and saved addresses are stored too.

We do not collect your location when you create an account or sign in. We only record your IP address and basic device information (device type, operating system, browser details and a random browser code) when you sign in and with each order you place, including guest orders, to prevent fake or spam orders. Only our staff can see this; it never appears on your account page.

Your details are used to confirm, deliver and support your order — including the confirmation call. Your information is not sold.

Orders and accounts are kept in a secured database, and access is limited to the people running the store.

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask for it to be removed, through the contact page. Records that must be kept for accounting are kept only as long as needed.

The site stores a small amount of data on your device to keep your cart, language and theme between visits. If advertising measurement is switched on, we use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Tag Manager to measure ad performance: they receive the pages you view, products you view or add to cart, checkout starts and purchases (order value and items), plus cookie identifiers, your browser details and IP address. After a purchase, the order is also reported to Meta from our server; if you accepted advertising cookies, your email and phone are sent in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. In the EU, UK and Switzerland this only happens if you accept; elsewhere it is on by default. You can switch it off any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
