Placing an order on this site means you agree to the terms on this page.

An order is a request to buy. Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch; if we cannot reach you, or an item is no longer available, the order is cancelled and you owe nothing.

The price and stock shown when you order are what we confirm by phone. If something changed, we tell you before the order proceeds.

Cash on delivery. The full amount is due to the delivery agent when the order arrives.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look different between screens — the product page and its images are the reference.

These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies to orders placed after it was published.
