Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as it arrives and we will arrange a return or a replacement.

Where a product has a return window, it is stated on that product's page. For products without a stated window, contact us — we will tell you clearly what is possible. You will never be surprised by a rule you never saw.

When a return is accepted, we confirm the refund with you by phone before it happens.
